We are looking for an analytical and highly diligent Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing team at <a href="http://www.talexio.com" target="_blank">Talexio</a>. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Software Engineering and your duties will include:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<li>Develop highly reliable software solutions&nbsp;</li>
<li>Own all aspects of software engineering and product development&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate on architecture, design, and code reviews&nbsp;</li>
<li>Understand your users’ problems and find good solutions&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Experience in React and Typescript (Advanced candidates with experience with CakePHP and the desire to learn something different will also be considered)</li>
<li>3+ years of professional software building</li>
<li>A deep understanding of required technologies and how to utilize them</li>
<li>Experience in Full stack development</li>
<li>Ambition and desire to learn different technologies</li>
<li>Team focused attitude</li>
</ul>

Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field would be considered an asset</li>

Forming part of a tight-knit team, as a Recruitment Specialist, your focus will be to manage and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering a top-notch support service that expands beyond recruitment. We are driven by the objective of becoming much more than a mere recruitment provider but a partner in fostering true growth in each and every one of our clients’ businesses.

Within this position you will be required to:

<li>Understand companies’ and candidates’ needs and become a trusted advisor to both through intelligent research, shrewd foresight and objective intervention</li>
<li>Identify and champion actions to increase and generate opportunities for candidates across industries</li>
<li>Be able to dissect problems into manageable tasks and deliver lasting solutions</li>
<li>Coordinate, implement and manage various recruitment projects throughout their lifecycle, including the compiling of job descriptions, identifying best solutions to source candidates, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and making meaningful recommendations to candidates and companies alike</li>
<li>Work towards building a strong network with candidates and clients alike, by attending conferences and networking events, participating in outreach activities and delivering presentations as necessary</li>

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our sales and marketing processes, including planning, execution, and measurement. You will also be responsible for working with our go-to-market team to ensure what we are developing and implementing enables them and our clients to be successful in their purpose and targets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and improving the overall effectiveness of our go-to-market team. Responsibilities

<li>Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing operations strategy.</li>

<li>Have an expertise in in data analysis, process optimisation, technology implementation and team management, and the ability to simplify, articulate and implement diverse Go-to-Market strategies.</li>
<li>Be highly adaptable to a dynamic industry focused on responding quickly to market changes and evolving customer needs.</li>
<li>Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, very good analytical skills and the ability to deliver measurable results bring together marketing, relationship and sales efforts.</li>
</ul>

Education &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>Sales and Marketing experience in HR, recruitment, or technology sectors.</li>
<li>Experience in scaling operations, international market expansion and network development.</li>
<li>Go-to-market experience.</li>
